Potato appetizer

Wash the potatoes well and boil them in salted water.

How is it prepared?

To start, boil the potatoes in salted water. Boil until they can be pricked with a fork. After you have cooked the potatoes enough, pass them under a stream of cold water and peel them. Wait a while for it to cool, then put it on the grater, on the side with large meshes.

Put the mashed potatoes in a large enough bowl. Add the eggs, flour and spices you want.

Do not add too much flour if you want a slightly soft and sticky dough.

Use a pan of approx. 20 cm in diameter. Add a tablespoon of oil and wait for it to heat up.

Put half of the potato mixture in the pan and spread it evenly with a spoon. Add a few slices of cheese on the entire surface of the sheet and cover with the other half of the potato mixture. Press lightly on the edges to prevent sticking.

Turn the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and bake the pie until it starts to brown nicely.

Check with a spatula.

Tilt the pan and let the pie fall on the plate. Use a plate large enough and flat.

Next, place the pan on top of the pie and with a firm, quick motion, turn it over in the pan.

Preparation of Tuna Baskets

Well friends to start our recipe, we will prepare the base of our baskets, that is, the dough of our snack and we will do the following:

In a bowl or bowl we will place 1 cup of flour, then we add ½ tablespoon of butter and we will mix them by hand or as you wish until we have a sandy consistency, then add & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp & nbsp ½ cup of milk (make sure it is warm), break an egg separating the egg white and yolk and place the yolk in the mixture, and add salt to taste.

With the rest of the dough that remains, after removing the excess in the mold, we will make some hoops to place them as a presentation and ready our dish, then place it on a baking tray for 3 to 5 minutes.

For the delicious filling of the baskets we will do the following:

Remember before using the lettuce to try to wash it as best as possible, then dry it and start chopping it into thin strips. We also open the can of tuna and crumble it as much as you can to mix it with the lettuce.

Then we will prepare a mayonnaise as follows:

& nbsp In a blender we will place 1 egg to which we will add 10gr of lemon juice, salt and pepper to your liking and we will place half of the cup of vegetable oil (recommended for this preparation) we proceed to blend and little we will place the rest of the oil.

Once the mayonnaise is done, we will mix it with the shredded tuna and lettuce.

After removing the baskets from the oven, we fill it with our delicious splash (you fill it to your liking) and for a simple but elegant decoration, you can place an olive and chopped radishes, as a final touch you place the rings of the dough that we had left and ready to serve and share.

1. We start with the noodles: we make a dense dough of 300 grams of flour and 3 large eggs. Cut the dough into squares of about 3 * 3 cm or you can break it with your fingers, in irregular shapes of approximately the same size. Put a 4 liter pot of salted water on the fire and, when it boils, add it to the noodles. Boil for about 3-4 minutes, then drain.

2. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the onion and finely chop.

3. If the smoke is quite greasy, do not add oil, if it is not very greasy, in a large saucepan first add 3 tablespoons of oil and heat over medium heat, only then the smoke cut into cubes. Brown the meat and set aside.

4. Add the onion to the remaining fat in the pan. Stir, reduce heat to low and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Fry the onion until soft (5-6 minutes).

5. Add the diced potatoes over the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the browned smoke, then the boiled noodles and drain the water. Mix well and cook all together until hot. Season the food with salt and pepper. When serving, sprinkle with sweet paprika and chopped green parsley. Grenadiermarsch is served with pickles or compote.

Potato meatballs (with mozzarella, green onions and eggs)

Necessary ingredients:

  • 650 g potatoes
  • 5 yolks
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 30 g grated cheese
  • 2 g green onions
  • 20 g bell peppers
  • 5 g finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

We clean, wash and boil the whole potatoes in salted water.
After they have boiled, we pass them and let them cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
