Bean soup with ribs

Put the beans the night before soaking. Bring to the boil, changing the water 3 times. We put water in the cuckoo, then the beans, the round carrots, the parsley, the celery and half of the ribs. Fill with water so that it does not exceed more than half. Put the lid on and let it boil for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, boil the other half of the ribs in a saucepan with a top of vegeta. When the beans are ready, we put the other piece of rib on it. In a saucepan we make a rantas from oil + onion + paprika, then flour and broth. Quench with water from the cuckoo and let it boil for a few minutes. Put over the soup, add a teaspoon of magic borscht, a little vinegar from the tarragon jar. Leave for 10 minutes and add the chopped tarragon.
